Welcome to GamingandDepression.com. My main goal is to help inform all of you about the effects certain games can have on everyday lives of people who suffer from anxiety, depression, etc.
By clicking on the tabs above, it will navigate to a page of a certain game that I have had experience playing and actually assesed whether the game was harmful to me, or beneficial. Each game will be rated on a scale of 1 to 5. 1 being aggrivating, 2 being somewhat aggrivating, 3 being neutral, 4 being calming, and 5 being uplifting.
